Why KPMG

Our expertise

KPMG has been creating digital and blended learning solutions for many years.

We have a dedicated digital learning design team who work closely with internal subject matter experts, delivering engaging content supported by a wealth of technical expertise.

Industry experience

As part of one of the world’s largest networks of professional services firms, we are able to draw the extensive knowledge and many experiences from our sector specialists. This means we recognise what our clients need to meet their business and learning goals, and by working closely with our learning specialists, we are able to deliver engaging learning experiences.

Enviable track record

In the public sector, we helped deliver the Government’s World Class Skills programme, having been tasked with making their curriculum more relevant to employers. Further programmes of learning followed with the Ministry of Defence, transforming the learning offer for military personnel, and the NHS Leadership Academy which we have led since 2012. Most recently in 2015, we led a consortium of 30 specialist L&D suppliers to deliver an entirely new Civil Service Learning curriculum, meeting the L&D needs of over 400,000 civil servants across the country. To date, this curriculum has seen over 310,000 learner bookings from 190 Civil Service organisations. This has delivered over one million hours of learning, along with an 87% customer satisfaction rating. Working with our internal SMEs, we have designed and developed a range of engaging, interactive and impactful bite-size digital learning modules covering the commercial impacts of the IFRS 9 and IFRS 16 implementations. These modules, which are suitable for any organisation that wants to ensure consistent understanding of IFRS 9 and 16 and its commercial impacts, provide a direct and concise approach to detailed, complicated content, and allow the learner to pull out the information most relevant for them and satisfy the key learning objectives of the business.
